Lessons with Anri先生 are very good. She is always prepared and never late to our classes. I often feel encouraged to try my best and speak even if I am not sure if I am correct. In case of any mistakes, the are explained in understandable way. The atmosphere is also very friendly. I really enjoy our lessons, I feel motivated to continue my learning and I can see my level raising from lesson to lesson. Highly recommended!

Had a few lessons and really enjoying them! I'm a total beginner, but Anri explains everything clearly in English and adjusts the lessons to fit my needs. Also gives helpful tips for remembering words.

Anri-san is a great and supportive teacher! She encouraged me to talk, explained and helped when I was struggling, and gave me information about Japanese culture and expectations to help me on my forthcoming trip to Japan. I have really enjoyed studying with her and would highly recommend her to other students.

I would definitely recommend Anri-San for other young students and here is why! I think that she really makes the lessons more personal and when we practice there is not one right answer like I am taking a test, but it is like an actual way to practice talking. She also prepares subjects that are not officially in the method she uses but are about Japanese holidays or customs and they are very fun to learn about. Anri Sensei is wonderful with my just turned eight-year-old daughter. She is using a structured approach to identify and fill any gaps from the learning my daughter has done with other teachers, but is also incorporating songs and activities to keep the lessons fun and engaging. I have been so impressed by how absorbed my daughter is in the lessons.
