Namaste. Mere adhyapak bahut badhia hai! I have been taking weekly lessons with Manjit for about two months, starting as an absolute beginner, and I feel like I am making so much progress. I am surprised that we are already starting to have actual conversations in Hindi! Manjit makes the classes interesting, and he keeps me motivated with homework and memory tests. He is patient, and even when he is "testing" me I feel like it is done in a supportive, instructive way. He's obviously focused on helping me learn and gain confidence in speaking this new language. His lessons cover basic grammar and vocabulary, but he also introduces useful, common phrases and slang, so I feel like I'm learning how people actually speak in India. Manjit provides helpful downloads like PDFs and text documents, links to videos, and even sound files he records to help study with the correct pronunciation. I forward to many more lessons with Manjit and making further progress in Hindi!

I've taken quite a few lessons with Manjit. I really like he's teaching style and he's very kind. He structures the class in a style that works well for beginner students.

I have been taking weekly Hindi lessons with Manjit for just over two years, and the progress I have made has truly exceeded my expectations. I came in with absolutely no prior experience in Hindi, and thanks to Manjit's patient, encouraging, and constructive approach, I am now able to hold basic conversations, something I have had the joy of putting into practice during two visits to India where I was able to speak with people there. Lessons are well-structured and keep me accountable through memory tests, reading practice, and grammar homework that we review together. As my vocabulary and reading ability have grown, we have focused more on pronunciation and conversational fluency. Each lesson now includes free-form Hindi conversation time which has done wonders for my confidence. I highly recommend Manjit as a teacher to anyone serious about learning Hindi, and I look forward to continuing our lessons as I work toward even greater fluency.

Manjit paaji, bohat dhanvaad ji. You are a very insightful and encouraging teacher, with a teaching style that strikes a great balance between conversation practice vs. learning the "rules" (i.e., grammar, conjugation, tenses, etc.). I am very much looking forward to continuing our lessons together and mai umeed karda aa ki mai, bhavikh vich, fluent bolangaa !

Connection was poor on my end, but hopefully next time we can have a clearer and better form of communication. But, overall I felt this approach has helped me learn something, even in my first lesson.

Manjit is great! He does an excellent job of customizing each lesson to my level and my needs. 10/10 recommend!
