Learn German at your own pace and in a relaxed atmosphere Hi there, my name is Jon, and I am originally from Hamburg, Germany. I currently live in Austria, where I am studying architecture. I discovered my passion for different cultures and languages during my first stays abroad in the United States and New Zealand. Since then, I have continuously broadened my horizons through travel. German is my native language, and I also speak English fluently. In addition, I have basic knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese, which I am currently working on improving. I can easily relate to what it feels like to learn a new language. During my semester abroad in Portugal, I found it particularly challenging to speak with locals. In my lessons, you can learn German at your own pace and in a relaxed atmosphere. By using tools such as pictures and texts, I aim to make the language easier for you and help you build the confidence to use it independently in the future. It is especially important to me that we focus on topics in class that truly interest you – because this not only boosts your motivation but also makes learning much more enjoyable. With the help of various tools, as mentioned before, I aim to make the learning process as easy as possible for you. In our lessons, you will not only practice speaking freely but also improve your listening comprehension, vocabulary, and develop a clear and natural pronunciation. Of course, you are welcome to ask me questions at any time during class – that is something I consider particularly important.
