Fun and Supportive Norwegian Lessons with a Native Speaker Hei! I’m Silje, 33 years old, from Tønsberg, Norway. My native language is Norwegian (Bokmål). I have a deep love for traveling and meeting new people and understanding their cultures - which is why learning language is so important to me. I have lived many years abroad, including USA, Australia and Spain. In addition to learning and teaching languages, I also enjoy photography, dance and music. I've spent several years working in International environments where English and Norwegian are used interchangeably, which has given me the fantastic opportunity to teach Norwegian to my fiends and colleagues. I'm looking forwards to be joining you on your Norwegian jour journey! I am patient, open, encouraging, and clear in my explanations. I love helping students build confidence from their very first words. I enjoy working with beginners and intermediate students, guiding them step by step while making learning engaging and fun. My experience in international environments has given me the skills to adapt to students from different cultures and language backgrounds. Although I’m new on italki, I already have solid experience teaching Norwegian to students from different countries and levels. I know how to create a comfortable and motivating learning environment.
