Since you're here to choose a teacher from among hundreds, let me give you a helpful tip: one of the best indicators of student satisfaction is the average number of lessons per student.
How can you calculate it? Just divide the total number of lessons a teacher has given by the number of students they’ve taught. For example, if a teacher has done 100 lessons with 10 students, the average is 100 ÷ 10 = 10 lessons per student.
So, if you choose teachers with a high average, you’re much more likely to have a positive and rewarding learning experience!

As well as covering all the basics of grammar and pronunciation thoroughly, we talk about topics in which we have a shared interest, which is helping me to focus on vocabulary I'm keen to use. I'm thoroughly enjoying learning Italian with Valerio. We had a great lesson today where we used a topical discussion to explore grammar, pronunciation and confidence in spontaneous dialogue. I highly recommend Valerio's approach, blending clear, methodical exercises with emergent learning from the topics I raise.
