Certified and Experienced British Teacher I am a qualified CertTESOL language tutor from the United Kingdom. I have over 3 years of experience teaching English and I have a passion for learning different languages. As a student, I lived in both Germany and Russia and I loved every moment of it! I have been teaching English for over 3 years in total and I have a CertTESOL qualification. My approach as a teacher is to give my students the time and opportunity to speak about various topics and their interests. By allowing my students to speak naturally and freely I am able to correct their mistakes and provide them with useful and constructive feedback. I believe whole heartedly that the best way to learn is to speak. You must speak without fear of making grammatical mistakes and speak about things you find interesting. By combining this mentality with my professional teaching experience, I believe that by allowing my students to confidently speak and ask questions, they are able to learn more effectively. My lessons are often based around a main topic. These topics can range from conversations about your job or education to discussions about the latest news in the UK or your home country. The list is endless.
