Dobrodošel/Dobrodošla! Welcome! My name is Saša. I'm a university graduate, currently working in healthcare. I’m passionate about languages—they’ve helped me connect with people and explore cultures I never would have otherwise.
Apart from Slovenian and English, I am fluent in German and a little less fluent in Spanish. I'm currently working on adding Italian to the list. I truly believe that the limits of our language are the limits of our world.
Like any other Slovenian I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially hiking and skiing. My hobbies include reading, cooking and gardening.

I’m here on iTalki to help you practise and improve your Slovenian in a supportive and relaxed way. I have experience helping international students with everyday communication and integration, as well as supporting friends learning German. These experiences taught me how to adapt to each learner’s goals and create a comfortable space for practice.
I like to bring in cultural context, real-life topics, and idiomatic expressions so the language feels authentic and useful—not just something from a textbook. When needed, I’m happy to explain grammar in a clear and structured way, as I have a solid understanding of Slovenian grammar and experience tutoring throughout my education. 我提供的课程和我的教学风格
I offer conversation-based lessons tailored to your goals, interests, and areas you want to improve. I speak clearly and adjust the pace to match your confidence, focusing on practical language you can use in everyday situations.
My lessons are relaxed, supportive, and encouraging, with plenty of room for mistakes, curiosity, and questions. I believe language learning works best when students feel comfortable, motivated, and can see their progress.
If this sounds like something you’d enjoy, I’d be happy to welcome you to a trial lesson.
(Please note: my lessons are focused on conversation for learners with at least basic Slovenian knowledge — A2 or above.)
