I'm originally from the USA; today, I mostly live outside the US and often change country, city and hotel/Airbnb. I'm Fluent in English and Spanish with an AA degree in Liberal Arts: Orange Coast College. I spend much time reading, writing, watching films. I'm also into travel, finance, book collecting, AI and SEO. I was previously an aspiring actor/extra, stand-up comedian: I'd rather be a writer and have written short stories, poems, jokes, a novella. My lessons are relaxed and focused on the spontaneous needs of the student and researching online to help students find digital resources they may need. I've been teaching on italki for about 5 years. In previous times, I worked in retail, security, and film/TV as a movie extra having no intention of teaching. I've completed a 120 hour TESOL course and would like teach in person overseas someday. I'm not a standard teacher; I see myself as writer, language operative. My most popular lesson is the conversational lesson, which is usually informal; nonetheless, I feel equally at home editing writing. During lessons, I usually correct the student's grammar by typing instead of verbally interrupting. I also post links to articles and videos relating to the topics being discussed. I find that students are most interested in speaking about the film industry, American society, foreign travels. Please be advised, as I frequently travel my teaching settings/environment will likely be in a Airbnb or hotel and so things can be unpredictable.证书
