Native Italian language tutor and professional actor. Equally fluent in both Italian and English. I've been London based since 2015. I'm very passionate about communication and storytelling and well versed in Italian and English phonetics and diction. I`ve studied all things classics in high school (Greek, Latin, History, Philosophy) and I have a BA from UCSC in Milan in "Literature and Arts" - with a major in cinema, theatre, literature, music and arts.

I`ve been teaching students from all walks of life who have all successfully achieved confident fluency; some are now living in Italy! I currently specialize in conversation practice for English-speaking adults who speak Italian at least at an intermediate level (B1). I have a wide range of tutoring experience: Teaching Assistant in schools for SEN students and pupils who needed extra support with tasks; facilitator in medical courses; assistant in drama classes; and private tutoring both in person and online. As an actor I like to bring an element of improvisation and fun to help your fluency. I'm a good listener, so don't hesitate to share if there's anything you'd like to learn.

I aim to get my students to speak Italian as soon as possible. Depending on your level of confidence, we'll start with some sample dialogues, move on to some Q&A roleplay and finally have some relaxed conversation. I will occasionally fill in some grammatical gaps as needed. During our first lesson I'll gather some info on your goals and previous studies and then will do some activities to help me understand how can I best assist you in your learning journey I believe in a student oriented approach and a balance of focus and fun where you can dare, make mistakes and build your confidence.
