Norwegian & Ukrainian Tutor | Speak with Confidence | Patient & Supportive Hi! I’m Ilya. I’m calm, patient, and I enjoy listening to people. In my free time, I play guitar, go for walks, read books, and write short stories. I also like board games and organizing role-playing sessions for friends. I’m a good organizer and feel comfortable speaking in public. You can discuss with me art, self-improvement, the specifics of Norwegian or Ukrainian culture, or anything at all.
I’m a patient and supportive tutor who likes to help students feel confident and relaxed. I easily find interesting examples to explain language points clearly. I have experience communicating with people from different backgrounds, and I’m good at explaining things in a simple and understandable way. I teach Ukrainian and Norwegian and enjoy working with learners at different levels.
In my lessons, I focus on speaking as much as possible. I want to help you think and express your thoughts naturally in the new language. We spend most of the time practicing, not just explaining rules. Sometimes, after the lesson, I will send you bonus materials with new vocabulary and grammar rules for self-study. This is optional and helps you continue learning between lessons.
