I am Gladys, a professional Swahili educator from Kenya with over 10 years of experience in teaching and child development. I hold a certificate in Early Childhood Development and Education (ECDE) and specialized certifications in Special Needs education and Children’s Ministry.
My life's work has been dedicated to making learning accessible and joyful. Outside of the classroom, I am a digital content creator focused on wellness and parenting. I am passionate about my culture and love sharing the beauty of the Swahili language with the world. I am patient, encouraging, and committed to helping you reach your language goals."
As a teacher, I combine academic rigor with a compassionate approach. Having worked in the education sector since 2012, I understand that every student learns differently. I don't just teach grammar; I build confidence.

ECDE - MM ECDE - 2013To achieve the ECDE certificate i had to undergo two years of college learning and six months of teaching practice. Here i taught different subjects including Kiswahili. i interacted with children, teen and young adults.

License - BKICTC - 2011To avail this certificate which comes along with a license to teach children, guide and counsel and also help with different teaching. I took a one year course which also has six months of teaching practice.
