¡Hola! I’m Ambiorix, a Dominican Spanish teacher and polyglot passionate about making language learning *effective* and *fun*. With fluency in 7+ languages (including English, French, and Portuguese), I specialize in helping students speak Spanish confidently through real-life contexts—whether for travel, work, or daily life. I am a very dynamic teacher who is very oriented to results. With me, there won't be time to get bored. I structure my lessons with topics relevant to my students, explaining vocabulary and grammar in context so the student learns how to incorporate the vocabulary naturally.我提供的课程和我的教学风格
I use a communicative approach since I think the main purpose of language is communication. I based my classes on common topics, using useful vocabulary with mnemonic examples that will help the students retain the content. I teach through songs, newspaper news, videos, etc.我的教学资料

Ambi is great! He is flexible and works with me on scheduling time for our lessons. He changes the lessons up - sometimes we will review a lesson he created, other times we will discuss what went on in my life or whatever I want to talk about. This helps me to better achieve my goal to learn Spanish well enough to converse with family, friends, and even strangers. When I get stuck on something, Ambi will take his time to ensure I learn it. Ambi also provides me with the material we went over during our lesson and extra materials to study on my own. If you want to learn Spanish (and maybe even some Dominican slang as I do) Ambi is your guy!
