「ENG」 This was my 100th lesson with Takako先生.After 100 hours of lessons, there is no other hour of the week I look forward to more than my hour of Japanese with Takako先生. She is talented, brilliant, kind, and genuinely interested to hear from students around the world. Your Japanese will not only improve, it will become more natural as a result of the wide range of topics she can share her opinion and knowledge on. From music to culture, tourism, world travels, singing, she is the best teacher and will become your friend in the process! We had a really fun lesson! We talked about a podcast we had both listened to. Then Sensei encouraged me to think about how I would talk about this topic from the perspective of my own country. I got to try talking about challenging topics such as the history of my country. I appreciate how Sensei is helping me strengthen my listening and speaking skills, and teaching me great expressions and vocabulary words so I can express myself more precisely. Thank you as always!

One of many things that I enjoy about a lesson with Takako San is we never run out of things to talk about. She is great at carrying the conversation. Always a good week to be able to do a lesson with her.

I look forward to my lessons with Takako-sensei. I am learning a lot of vocabulary, but also Japanese history and culture, for we discuss many things. The kanji is difficult, and beyond beginner level, but I like that. I want to learn how to talk about complicated topics. I still struggle with speaking, but my understanding is improving. I really enjoy our lessons.
