Licia is very kind, patient and professional. She is extremely courteous and waited for me even though I arrived late for class! She enjoys teaching and this is evident in her calm, relaxed style. I look forward to continuing my French language experience with her and plan to book additional sessions!

From the very beginning, she created such a comfortable and positive atmosphere that the lesson felt both enjoyable and productive. I had an excellent first French class today with Licia, give a clear presentation to learn the basic greetings and pronunciation of words, very good communication skills and a lovely personality that made me feel at ease, I will be taking more lessons with her.
