I’m a native English speaker originally from the USA but now living in Denmark.

I went to grad school in Denmark and decided to stay. Jeg lærer dansk på en sprogskole og har bestået nivaeu 4 ud af 6. That’s why I’m an ideal teacher for Danish speakers with a high English level looking to become fluent.
My neighbors in the international dorm—whether they were from Spain or Greece or Itaty—said I was their favorite American to practice with, because of my lack of accent, clear speech, advanced vocab and gentle corrections教学经验
I was a part-time English writing teacher at TAMU Chinese School, and I tutored in English while I was in high school and college.
I got my bachelor’s degree in biology and my master’s in biotechnology—so if you’re a science buff, then I could teach you the ropes of scientific vocabulary and pronunciation.
My hobby is creative writing in fantasy and sci-fi, so I know all the style guides and tiny rules about punctuation. I won my high school’s awards for English class, so I know the teeniest, tiniest little grammar rules by heart. 我提供的课程和我的教学风格
Conversation is the best way to learn a language, so I focus on immersion in English conversation. We can talk about anything—the news, a series you’re obsessed with, your day, your homework or nerdy things. If you prefer more structure, I’ve also created a course complete with grammar exercises, writing assignments, homeworks and free online CEFR tests.
Immersing yourself in media is also important. If you’re up for the challenge, I can recommend videos, articles and songs as homework. Additionally, learning is the reason that playing evolved! We can play language games I played growing up to work on vocab and spelling.

It was an amazing experience! I was afraid of not being understood or finishing the class feeling clumsy and disappointed in myself, as I'm quite insecure when it comes to speaking. However, it was quite the opposite! Elizabeth made me feel confident and calm. I really enjoyed the conversation, and I’m definitely going to take more classes with her!
