Lia

I've had a few classes with Lia and am extremely impressed by her skills as a teacher. She is very friendly, adaptable to your level, and make lessons thoroughly enjoyable. I plan on continuing our lessons well into the future.

Lia is an amazing teacher. My daughter (12) has been learning with her, a couple of times a week, for about two years and she has made wonderful progress. Until now, she had been focussed on speaking but not she is also working on her reading and writing.

I have completed 20+ lessons with Teacher Lia and I can advise anyone who is looking for well structured, fun and insightful Chinese classes to give Teacher Lia a try. I am getting a deeper understanding of what I’m learning which is priceless.

Lia has helped me so much. I started studying with her at the beginning of the year, having only learned Chinese via apps before that. She has really helped to bring the language to life for me through her patient approach to building my skills through conversation. I'm still a beginner, but I feel much more confident to speak Chinese now and to make mistakes that I can learn from. Her patience with me has been wonderful, and she explains things in a very easy to understand way that helps me to remember the hanzi, pronunciation, grammar and meaning of new words, also how I can apply these words in real-life scenarios.
