I’ve been learning English since I was 9 years old (I’m in my 30’s!) and I’ve never met a teacher like Matthew. He is well prepared, has lots of great materials to support your learning journey and he takes time to tailor the course to your needs. My course is divided between business English and fluency improvement. For fluency, Matthew sends me a short video every day so that I can practise my listening and so that we have new topics to discuss in my class. For business English Matthew created a course for me that includes audio homework. I have learned and used a lot of new business expressions at work - I now work with native speakers. I’ve definitely become a better English speaker thanks to Matthew's coaching. I recommend him for business students that don’t like to waste time and want a high-level class. All this covered by an awesome British accent and humor, 5/5 Stars!

I've been studying with him for over a year. He is really a great teacher not only for Business English but also for useful advice for my work. I could get his precise correction including pronunciation, expression, and structure. Besides he has years of work experience as a manager so I felt that I could learn communication skills as well, which is really valuable. He is always well-prepared for the class with lots of good material for study so you hardly get bored on this long journey to be close to English native speakers. I highly recommend his class and you had better hurry because his schedule is usually fully booked. (That is another reason I haven't written the review XD Sorry Matthew haha) I always really appreciate his advice and sincere attitude for class. Just had a trial class with Matthew, and it was awesome! He is super experienced and so patient.He is good at making a study plan for each student. What i love most is his teaching idea “The more mistakes you make, the more you grow. Don’t be scared of messing up.” It’s different from what I was taught at school. Before, I’d always worry about making mistakes and felt too nervous to speak up. But now, I feel way more confident. I’m sticking with Matthew for more sessions.

I've taken several Business English classes with Matthew, over ten lessons, and I like his teaching approach and methodology. His flexibility in changing directions according to the student's needs is a plus. Besides, I love how he keeps the course engaging and related to the subject.
