Cathy is a fantastic teacher. Cathy created a comfortable and supportive environment that made it easy for my daughter to start thinking and speaking in French. In this lesson, we practiced describing people and pets, which was super helpful as a beginner. Cathy is really good at simplifying French and speaking in a way I can mostly understand, so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. She speaks very clearly, and she’s also very patient with me, even when I mess up pronunciation or take a while to say things. I never feel rushed or judged. I hope to have more lessons with her soon 🙂

I feel very fortunate to have found Cathy on italki. I have taken nearly 50 lessons with her and the experience has been excellent. My French speaking and listening skills have skyrocketed since I started taking lessons. The lessons are always well structured, engaging, and very helpful. Cathy is patient and supportive and creates a comfortable environment for speaking. I can clearly see that Cathy is invested in my progress and always goes the extra mile to help me improve.
