Hello，I’m Jane, I was born and grew up in Guangdong province. So I can speak both Mandarin and Cantonese fluently. My English is around B2 to C1. And I am now studying German. Because I am fascinated by German culture recently. Learning a new language takes a lot of efforts. It is both fun and hard. But when I look back and see all the improvements I made, I think all my efforts are worthwhile. I hope you can enjoy your Chinese studying journey too.

* Free-talk practice, We can talk about topics that you interested in.(Grammar and vocabulary mistakes will be corrected, new vocabulary will be introduced)
* Grammar and vocabulary strengthen lesson: Practice grammar and vocabulary while looking at funny pictures. Recommended to A2 - B1 students.
* Beginner Cantonese and Mandarin course. We will learn one new grammar or new words, then try to make sentences while looking at funny pictures. You can master the basic grammar and vocabulary of Chinese in 30 lessons.
* Cantonese course for Mandarin speaker: You can master standard Cantonese pronunciation and most of Cantonese grammars in 30 lessons.

I have been taking classes (twice weekly) with Jane now for about a year and half. She has always been professional, pleasant, helpful, and responsive. She makes a clear effort to tie in the workbook materials to the student and is always engaged. She is able to identify things that are working and make changes to homework/lessons with feedback. Most of all, she comes to class with a smile and tons of patience.

I very much like Jane’s classes. I’ve been taking classes with her for over a year and a half now. She has always been friendly and always has a smile on her face. What I appreciate most is that she prepares for the class beforehand, even if it’s just looking ahead to see what the new vocabulary is and preparing to help explain it. She knows her students; for example, she can look ahead at the next lesson and already know which vocabulary I’m going to need to be reminded of. She has also introduced several word games that are fun to play and help me remember things. I’m not sure but I think I’m her first HSK 6 student. In spite of being one of her first HSK 6 students she is helping me through the material very well and quickly. I highly recommend that you take book a package with Jane. She’s great!

Jane is an amazing Cantonese teacher! She’s incredibly patient and always takes the time to explain things clearly. Her lessons are well-structured and easy to follow, and she adjusts her teaching style based on my level and learning pace. I really appreciate how encouraging and positive she is — it makes learning Cantonese both fun and motivating. I’ve improved so much since starting lessons with her and always look forward to our sessions. I highly recommend Jane to anyone who wants to learn Cantonese effectively and enjoy the process!

Jane is a wonderful teacher and I can't recommend her enough! She is very patient and will repeat things as much as you need. Her lessons are well-organized, structured, and always engaging. She provides lots of opportunities to practice conversation, too! My tones have improved a lot because of Jane's teaching!
