Hi, I'm Hiro Miyamoto, a native Japanese speaker. I live in Kobe City, which is close to Osaka, and is famous for its beef. Having lived in San Francisco for two years, I can speak some English and I can explain concepts in English too. I love to travel as much as possible and have visited several cities and countries in the past year. I've been working with Hiro for several months now, going through Genki I and now Genki II. We usually meet twice a week, and he is fantastic - a great tutor, very patient and good at explaining grammar points that I don't get. Highly recommend!

37th class. We spent the last several lessons playing a mobile game together. I present my screen and read while Hiro-sensei corrects my readings and explains new words. It's a fun way for me to get used to reading game-font kanji which is very different that computer font. Thank Hiro-sensei for making the classes fun.
