Bonjour! I’m Philippe, a native French speaker with a strong international background, and I help adult learners develop real, confident French—the kind you can actually use in conversations, travel, work, and everyday life.
I’ve lived in Strasbourg, France, where I studied at the Université de Strasbourg, and that experience deeply shaped the way I teach French today. Living in Alsace meant not only studying the language academically, but also experiencing it daily—from navigating university life to sharing long conversations over a glass of local of Licorne or Gewurztraminer in traditional winstubs. That blend of structure and lived experience is exactly what I bring into my lessons.教学经验
I’m a patient teacher who corrects mistakes carefully and revisits them regularly to ensure real progress. I select materials based on each student’s level, goals, and interests, so every lesson is relevant, effective, and tailored to the learner.

Philippe is always patient as we work through our lessons. He brings challenging and different exercises to work through which makes our lessons both constructive and interesting. He strives to find topics that are particularly interesting to me, as well. He has been wonderfully supportive of me in my French journey.

Phillipe is very patient and understanding. While he does speak in French for the majority of the time, he can tell when I'm having a problem understanding and he immediately repeats himself in English.
