Hi! I’m Tebo, a passionate English teacher from South Africa now based in Tokyo. With over 10 years of teaching across Asia; from South Korea to Myanmar; I’ve mastered making language learning fun and fearless. As a language learner myself, I understand the struggles and joys of fluency. Whether you're gearing up for travel, chasing career goals, or just want smoother everyday conversations, let’s make English yours, not something you study, but something you live. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me exploring Tokyo, buried in a book, or chasing a tennis ball. Ready to learn with a smile? Let’s talk! I’ve been an English teacher for over 10 years, working with students of all ages across Asia. I spent two years in South Korea teaching elementary and middle school students, followed by a year volunteering in Southeast Asia in countries such as Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, and Thailand. I also worked for a year in Beijing, China, at a language institute, where I taught adults and university students. My teaching incorporates the principles of Comprehensible Input. 1.I will teach students how to acquire vocabulary quickly. 2.Techniques on how to improve pronunciation 3.A friendly and fun environment to learn English without anxiety.
