Having learned Japanese, Chinese, and English in Korea myself, I deeply understand the challenges adult learners face. Training program for Korean Language Teacher - Seoul National University - 2017This is a course to train a proffesional Korean teacher. A person who has learned and passed the test can be a Korean teacher.

HSK - 中国汉语水平考试 - 2007A person who get the certification level B in speaking is a native speaker. HKS has 11 levels in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Level 11 is Highest levels in these four skills. So I got level 10 in speaking, it means my Chinese level is a native speaker.
