Hi! I’m Brenna, a California native with a passion for languages, tech, and music. As someone studying *five* languages (French, Italian, Korean, Spanish, and English—my native tongue!), I *totally* get the struggles of speaking practice. My background in web and graphic design and music means lessons with me blend creativity and tech-savvy fun. I have experience working with elementary student, middle school students, high school students, and adults. I have been teaching English in South Korea to middle school students for the past 4 years, and I am also the daughter of a middle school teacher, so I understand how to deal with middle school students best. While studying in grad school, I also worked with an elementary school as a teacher's aid and tutored middle school and high school students. While living in Korea, I also provided English classes for adult co-workers at my school.我提供的课程和我的教学风格
I believe people need to have fun when learning something as complex as a language, so my biggest goal is to provide a fun and engaging environment for the learner where they enjoy practicing and learning English, and don't fear it. During the first lesson, I like to learn about the learner's likes/dislikes so that future lessons are more enjoyable and entertaining, which will make it easier for the learner to retain the information they have learned. If you would like me to have lessons prepared ahead of time, I can do that but I just need to be told what you want to learn at least 3 before our meetings, so that I can have time to prepare the materials for you.我的教学资料
