Danilo

I have had six Swedish lessons with Danilo and by far made the most progress with him as compared to any other tutor (and I’ve had quite a few). Having lived in Sweden for 4.5 years and trying to learn Swedish many times, this is the first tutor who makes me feel comfortable speaking in my broken Swedish. Danilo always has a lesson plan which is tailored to my strengths and weaknesses, and he knows how to push me to improve. I would highly recommend Danilo if you’re looking for a language teacher.. he is very skilled and professional.

Danilo is just a great teacher. He is very reliable and easy to communicate with. He is always well prepared and he tailors the lessons to my needs. He can explain things in such a way that it is easy to understand. He gives you confidence and constructive feedback.

Danilo is a fabulous teacher. He always meets me where I'm at, and provides helpful resources as well as useful homework. Even if I come to a lesson feeling unprepared or out of practice, he creates a great environment for learning and I really appreciate it!

Danilo is such a great teacher! His gentle, encouraging approach, with conversation and corrections, verbal and written, has taught me so much Swedish - from zero to really expressing my thoughts in less than 100 hours! I look forward to our lessons every week.

I've been learning Swedish with Danilo for over a year by now. Danilo is very supportive, patient and encouraging. There is both a nice conversation practice and new vocabulary/phrases/grammar/concepts every time, introduced either as we go if it's relevant, or explained separately in detail. Every lesson feels useful, regardless of if I'm having a good brain day or a bad/tired brain day. I'm genuinely enjoying these lessons a lot!

I'm really happy to be working with Danilo again. He's a great teacher and focuses on where I need the most support in my language learning journey.
