In my lessons, we speak German! :) Learn German using a full immersion method! :) I am Austrian, and have a passion for my mother tongue. German is a beautiful language, and it is key to master it well if you plan to live, work or study in one of the German-speaking countries. I have been teaching German since 2000 to people who need German for their work, for their studies and for travel. I have work experience in teaching business German and test preparation for all levels. And I follow polyglots because they have interesting learning techniques! In my lessons, I use videos with topics that the students prefer, because I think that we learn best when we deal with topics that we love to talk about. PLEASE READ: I am happy to help with rescheduling classes up to 1 day before the scheduled time, but I do not accept last minute changes. I do not teach children on italki - people under 18 years. I teach German and do the lessons mostly in German. Before each lesson, the student works with a video, makes a summary according to their level and learns the vocabulary. During the lesson, we will speak about the video, make role plays and correct the text together. Simply the best! Stefanie is a great teacher, and I wholeheartedly recommend her. The lessons are interesting and productive, and after each one I'm even more motivated to learn German. My only regret is not starting six months earlier.

Stefanie is a great teacher, very competent and she has helped me very much with my German! When I first enrolled classes with her, I could understand German a lot, but it was very hard for me to express myself in German. Stefanie helped me to overcome this gap. I especially like the immersive method Stefanie uses, I find it more effective than regular methods that are mostly focused on Grammar. Stefanie is also person from whom one can learn a lot, and the classes are very interesting and insightfull. My sincere recommendations!
