Hello! My name is Erica and I am a native English-speaking teacher from Boston. I have been teaching English to speakers of other languages since 2016. I have tried many different types of lessons and my favorite a conversation based. Time flies by and we both leave class feeling energized and looking forward to the next meeting. When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities. Hiking is one of my favorite ones. I also train and ride horses in long distance races from 16 to 160km! I hope to meet you soon!

I am a grammar expert, but I shine when I am able to engage my students in a conversation based lesson. While talking about something that is interesting to you, I can help to correct your pronunciation, improve your grammar, and build your listening comprehension. The good news is that we will never have to do pronunciation drills, memorize grammar charts, or read irrelevant dialogues. My goal is for you to look forward to your classes with me. My students describe me as friendly, funny, encouraging, and empowering. I hope to be a teacher as well as a friendly guide on your English learning journey. 我提供的课程和我的教学风格
My goal is to help you leave my class each time with the ability to say something new. In the beginning, we will focus more on grammar and the basics skills of language; reading, writing, and listening. You will also speak. As you become more advanced, we will continue working to improve in all 4 areas, but more emphasis will be placed upon conversation. I assign homework based upon the your ability and the time you have to study outside of class. I encourage all students to find at least one language partner to speak with between our classes together.我的教学资料

TEFL for Young Learners - SAFEA - 2020Issued by the State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs (SAFEA) in China. It includes a 120 hour teaching practicum.
