Hello! I'm Petr, a certified Russian and English teacher. Welcome to my page! A bit about me: I live in Moscow, Russia. I graduated from a linguistic university and have been teaching on Italki for 6 years. I have a wide range of interests—history, literature, sports, movies, new cultures, and travel—so we will definitely find common topics to discuss. Over the years, I've worked with students from 20 different countries and believe that language can open any door. I'm always interested in learning about different cultures, and in our lessons, we often share stories about our countries and traditions. For students studying Russian, I offer tailored lessons from A1 to C2. If you are a beginner, we will start from scratch. Russian is my mother tongue, and I'm thrilled to teach it to you! For students studying English, I offer both traditional and conversation-based lessons. My goal is to help you speak with confidence, fluency, and accuracy. Many moons ago, I worked as a journalist, so I never miss an opportunity to listen to your stories or share mine—in the language you're studying, of course. I’ve even written short stories for my students to make the learning process more engaging, and I always encourage them to do the same. Want to try? Let's do it! Пётр is such an amazing Russian teacher, and his English is perfect which makes it even easier. He is very structured, enthusiastic, and easy to learn with. He organises his lessons very well, and has a very structured plan which helps you move at a pace that suits you. I highly recommend him for anyone wanting to learn Russian, at any level! Мне нужна постоянная практика английского для работы. С Петром занимаюсь уже давно. Каждый урок Пётр готовит новые материалы, выявляет слабые места, и мы тренируем то, что необходимо. Уроки пролетают мгновенно, даже если заниматься по 90 минут
