I can’t recommend Giorgio highly enough as an Italian tutor. I have been working with him for the past few months, and the improvement in my Italian has been remarkable. I feel much more confident speaking, my vocabulary has expanded significantly, and I’m finally beginning to have real conversations rather than simply constructing sentences in my head. Giorgio is incredibly patient, encouraging, and genuinely fun to learn with. He has a creative way of teaching that makes every lesson interesting and engaging. Our conversations feel natural and relevant, but he also knows exactly when to introduce a grammar lesson or correct something I’m struggling with. He covers grammar thoroughly, but in a way that makes it interesting and memorable rather than tedious. If you’re looking for a tutor who will help you become more comfortable, confident, and conversational in Italian while actually enjoying the process, I highly recommend Giorgio!

Diesen Unterricht kann ich nur empfehlen. Nach der nun fünften Stunde bin ich sehr zufrieden und froh, einen Lehrer gefunden zu haben, der mir durch seine freundliche Zuwendung mit einem gut strukturierten Vorgehen, sehr verständlichen Erklärungen und passenden Übungen hilft, die italienische Sprache Schritt für Schritt zu meistern. Eine großes Plus ist für mich auch die sehr genaue Arbeit an der richtigen Aussprache. Gleichzeitig ist die Atmosphäre sehr positiv und gelassen. Ich fühle mich wohl und motiviert.

This is the second time I spoke to Giorgio. He brings friendly vibes and a combination of conversation with grammar improvements (so it doesn't feel purely theoritical). I would keep scheduling lessons with Giorgio in future.

In English: Giorgio is a joy to be with, and a pleasure to speak with in Italian. He’s emotionally connected and available, meaning that he’s able to listen very well, and respond equally thoughtfully. He’s a careful thinker, perceptive, and is a warmly accepting human being as regards personal distinctions and individual differences; he works from a place of kindness when correcting me and when errors sometimes hurt a bit, he is aware, and soothes me that so I can accept a mistake I’ve made and learn from it. For me, it’s a necessary gentleness he possesses and offers easily. I’m very grateful for all of these aspects of Giorgio, and more.
