Hi! My name is Alejandra, I’m 28 years old, I’m from Venezuela, and I currently live in Brazil. In Venezuela, I studied languages, but after moving to another country, I started from scratch and now I study Advertising and Graphic Design. I’m passionate about languages, music, and communication. I also love learning and teaching, and I truly enjoy meeting people from different countries.
教学经验
I have experience helping students learn and improve their Spanish in a clear and natural way. I enjoy being patient, as I know learning a language comes with challenges, so I always try to make my lessons enjoyable and motivating. I like to create a safe environment where you can feel comfortable and not afraid to make mistakes. My goal is for you to progress at your own pace, but always with consistency and motivation. I love teaching because it allows me to connect with people from all over the world and see their progress step by step.
我提供的课程和我的教学风格
My lessons and explanations are personalized and adapted to your goals: conversation, pronunciation, beginner level, travel, making friends, and more. I use real-life examples, conversations, interactive exercises, expressions, images, and slides with grammatical structures. If you speak another language such as Portuguese or English, I make connections between both languages to make learning easier. I believe in dynamic, practical lessons that are fully focused on you.

I just finished my second class with Alejandra, and it was fantastic. She is an amazing teacher who makes you feel comfortable from the very beginning. She’s easy to talk to and gives thoughtful corrections, which I truly appreciate. She asks great questions and creates a supportive space where you can speak at your own pace. I look forward to our next class. Thank you so much, Alejandra!

Maria is by far the most informed and patient teacher on Italki. I will give her 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟s. She is very helpful and knows how to identify your level of Spanish and help you correct your errors. There aren't many teachers on this platform who really care about helping you improve your level, not just wasting your time for financial gain. She really put forth the effort to help you and deserves her credit. Thank you again for your professionalism and experience.

Muchas gracias!

Several years ago, I picked up some Spanish while sailing in Central America. At the moment, I have no reason to speak it, but I don't want to lose it. So, I resort to conversation classes. I found a congenial partner in Maria Alejandra.
She is from Venezuela -the country of Andrés Bello- and she speaks like him. Just kidding. It's the flavor of Latin American that I encountered previously in Panama and Ecuador and find most versatile. She speaks slowly and enunciates clearly, so I can understand her well.
Maria Alexandra gives me what I want: The focus is on keeping a conversation going. Until I make a mistake, of course! Then I get promptly corrected. And when I am lacking a word or need help to express myself, she will step in. At the end of the class, I receive a list of the errors I committed and one of the new vocabulary. Like bululú, pipirinais, and so forth.
So far, we have not run out of topics to chat about, and I don't see it happening anytime soon.
