2019年3月21日起成为italki教师兴趣话题科学读书艺术
I was born in Belgium, have lived in Paris, Rome and Luxembourg and have studied French literature and philosophy. Apart from those things I'm interested in a variety of topics and subjects (art and science, music, philosophy, psychology ...).
Update May 2023: I currently work full-time as a French teacher in Luxembourg, but opened up my italki account again for a few extra hours of teaching per week.

- A good balance between what you want to do (fun discussions) and what you need to do (the grammar :)
- We choose topics and interests you enjoy.
- I have a big library of course materials ranging from beginner to advanced level, that are very useful to teach grammar and vocabulary and that I know very well. But when you're ready, we start looking at authentic materials (videos, articles...)
- I make sure you become capable of correcting yourself when you speak.
- We stay focused on our goals, but we also have fun during the lessons!我提供的课程和我的教学风格
During the first lesson we discuss your goals and I assess your level. Based on this we make a plan for how we can improve your skills.
- A mix of guided practice and free conversation during the lessons, using materials adapted to your level.
- I only choose a few important points to focus on for a few lessons (for ex. a few major grammar mistakes, a vocabulary theme) until you have internalized the correct way of speaking, and then we move unto something else :)
- Youtube channels, apps, and/or newspaper articles for practice at home if you need recommandations.
- Google document to keep track of challenges, exercises and improvements
