Hello! My name is Brian. I live in Colorado in the United States. I have a passion for learning about languages and cultures around the world and I consider myself a life long learner! I am attending Metropolitan State University of Denver with a major in Spanish and Japanese and I have been tutoring English as a second language since the summer of 2020 and I love it! My favorite subjects to talk about are history, philosophy, science and music, but I'm honestly more excited to hear about what you are passionate about! I like to make the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. Learning should be fun! For conversation practice, I love listening and talking about special interests, travelling life experiences or anything else really! I'll simply take notes as we speak and give feedback and corrections throughout the lesson. For my other lessons, I also like using many methods and activities for my lessons that make them memorable, enjoyable, and personalized!我提供的课程和我的教学风格
Conversation Practice: In this lesson, we simply talk about various topics! While you speak, I will take notes. If something sounds strange, incorrect, or an be improved, I will tell you and also explain why it works that way too!
Formal Lessons/ Business English/ Test Prep: In this lesson, we will take stock of where you are now and set some goals for yourself! Then, we will come up with a personized plan and time frame for us to work in. Whether it's going from B1 to B2, passing the IELTS test or anything else, we can do it!
English for Young Learners: In this lesson, we will come up with fun and creative tasks for children to become familiar with English vocabulary, grammar and phrases!我的教学资料
