Hi! I'm Martha, a certified Spanish teacher from Mexico with over 7 years of experience teaching adults in one-on-one online lessons.
I help students communicate confidently in real-life situations where Spanish is part of their daily lives — whether for travel, work, or personal goals.
In my lessons, you will learn how to:

I enjoy helping my students develop a clear and natural Mexican Spanish accent, which is widely understood across Latin America.
I am a patient and supportive teacher who provides real-time correction to help you improve your speaking skills and feel more confident when communicating in Spanish.
In our lessons, we can practice conversations based on real-life situations while also learning about Mexican culture, everyday expressions, and common colloquialisms used by native speakers.
My goal is to help you speak more naturally and communicate effectively in daily interactions.

Mis clases están enfocadas principalmente en practicar tu Español en forma de conversación. However, I have also packages that go from level A1 to C2 and as an elementary school teacher I also have interesting topics about different subjects we can talk about. I like to plan my classes according to my student's needs, so every class is customized according to your goals.

Marta spoke at a speed that was easy to understand. She will only go faster if my understanding progresses. She had different exercises to do. I got to practice a lot with her patience and encouragement

I enjoyed another excellent lesson with Martha. This time we spent the first half of the lesson in conversation practice. I find this easier with Martha than with some others because she has such a beautiful clear voice. Then we did some useful work on correct choices of prepositions - one of my weak areas. All very helpful.

Had a very nice first lesson with Martha. She was very attentive and patient. She was very good at assessing my needs and teaching at my individual pace. I liked her very much. As a beginning student, her slow and clear pronunciation was exactly what I needed. Perfect.
