Hello! 😊 I’m Alana, a Brazilian Portuguese teacher focused on helping students speak confidently from the very first lesson. My lessons are practical, personalized, and focused on real-life communication. Whether you’re learning for travel, work, or daily conversations, I’ll help you move beyond translation so you can start expressing yourself with clarity and ease. We work on speaking, pronunciation, and vocabulary through guided conversations, targeted exercises, and engaging and relatable materials. For beginners, I provide structured lessons and supportive tools to build a strong foundation step by step. For more advanced students, classes are based on real-world topics, your personal interests, and meaningful discussions. I create a supportive and encouraging environment where you can feel comfortable making mistakes and finally break out of your shell. I also support learners in professional contexts with specialized courses, including job interviews and Brazilian culture. Wow! What a fantastic Portuguese conversation class that I just had with Alana! I can't wait for my next lesson with her. I am going to aim for daily lessons with her when my schedule permits. She is so calm, focused, encouraging and friendly. I really enjoyed speaking with her. I felt like I already knew her from the start! She creates such a comfortable learning environment. The quality of her internet was perfect and I could hear her clearly and easily. It was a perfect class. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn and enjoy this beautiful language.
