My name is Alliyah Wheaton and I graduated from the School of Visual Arts, in New York City, with an Honors Bachelor of Fine Art Photography and Video degree, and have attended École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris. Although, I am from Boston, MA, I have lived in New York for over 10 years and currently moved to San Diego, CA. Not only am I a photographer and videographer, but I am a traveler, explorer & overall woman of many trades.教学经验
My experience traveling around the world volunteering and teaching English has taught me how to work with different people with various ways of learning. Also, it has allowed me to be able to understand the most effective ways of teaching through the experience of not only teaching English but also learning another language along the way.我提供的课程和我的教学风格
Each lesson will vary depending on your level of English and what you want to learn the most. When you are learning something that is interesting to you, it becomes easier and more enjoyable to learn. This is why initially I find out what each student's interests are so, that I can tailor the lesson to each person. Since, everyone learns differently it is imperative for me to know what your learning style is, in order to prepare the correct materials for your needs. Some people are more visual learners, while others learn best through audio or writing. Lastly, language is not only learning about different words but also learning about the culture that comes with it.我的教学资料

Alliyah is a really friendly teacher to talk with!
She will explain new words and terms that you don't understand in great detail.
What's more she will encourage me when I'm lack of confidence.
