Another great lesson with Alan where discussions in French about a variety of multimedia (images, articles) is improving my comprehension of spoken French and is building my confidence and ability to speak in French.

I have now had around 20 lessons with Alan, and I can only recommend him as a conversation partner. He is extremely patient and always lets me search my mind for the right word or gives me time to correct myself before stepping in. He suggests topics and sends articles that he thinks would interest me, and the conversations are always free flowing and stimulating. My knowledge, skills and confidence in French have grown enormously in the last month.

Alan is a great teacher. He is very easy to connect with and is interested in what you have to say. Any corrections he makes are to the point and well-explained so I always finish the lesson knowing that I've learned something new from him. With Alan's help, you will not only improve your French - you will also learn about France and her culture.

Cela m’aide à me sentir complètement à l’aise pour que je puisse mettre tous mes efforts à parler français, et en fait, j’ai même des moments où je ne suis pas vraiment conscient que je parle une autre langue.
