Hello, my name is Tee. I was born and raised in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I have worked in the tourism industry for over 7 years and I am currently a Thai Teacher, Tour Guide and a Cryptocurrency Investor. I enjoy sharing my culture and language with other people. I speak both Thai and Northern Thai as well as English. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, cooking, reading and learning about new cryptocurrency projects.

I have many years experience teaching Thai to foreigners. I am patient and willing to help you improve your listening, speaking, reading and writing skills step by step. As I taught myself to speak English, I understand the difficulties in learning a new language. I will teach you practical Thai, useful Thai phrases and sentences, to enable you to effectively communicate with Thai speakers. We will not only learn correct grammar, but also spoken Thai the way Thai speakers speak in daily conversation. You will learn the shortcuts and colloquialisms used by local people. You won't find this in any textbook!

My lessons will focus mostly on speaking and listening but can also focus on reading and writing. If you are interested, we will use Google Docs as we can view and edit a Google Docs file in real time. I mostly focus on conversational Thai and pronunciation but I am happy to customize lessons according to your interests. Other possible areas of study include: Northern Thai dialect, learning how to type on a Thai keyboard and compose emails and fill out forms in Thai language.

Tee has been my teacher for several months and now I can see that it's starting to pay off. He believes (and I agree) that it's important to take the time to build a strong foundation (i.e. listen to Thai as much as possible; learn the basics (the alphabet, the tones, the consonant classes, the sentence structure etc.) None of this comes easily to me, but little by little I'm getting what I need to learn the language.

My lessons with ครูTee have been a lot of fun. I have enjoyed my time with Him. He is focused on teaching Thai way of speaking and sentence structure. Even though i am nervous to speak Thai Tee has provided me with the courage to try. I am learning many words and sentences with Tee. He is very flexible with learning platforms and shares a lot of great tips and websites to use while studying. Tee also has provided me with Homework to keep me on track and focused. I have been having lessons with Kru Tee coming up for 2 years now and why i would never go with another teacher is the fact that he teaches the true Thai way. He teaches you how to speak like a proper Thai that you dont see in text books. I have just come back from Thailand and spending 18 days there the amount of Thais that complimented me for speaking Thai was double figure's. I met Kru Tee whilst in Chiang Mai and he showed me the sights that the locals visit. I you want to learn to speak Thai the proper way, Kru Tee is your teacher

Today I learned about Thai food with my teacher. It was a very delicious and interesting class. It turns out that there are so many delicious foods in Thailand. I am really looking forward to going to Bangkok in a week.
