Mile Neme

Mile is a fantastic Spanish teacher and has made learning Spanish fun. She's very engaging and asks lots of questions, but while maintaining her lesson plan. Since I've started lessons with Mile my confidence level with conversational Spanish has greatly improved. I look forward to each lesson because I know it will be challenging but fun at the same time. I'm glad I found her on iTalki.

Milena does a phenomenal job teaching Spanish by making each lesson engaging, interactive, and personalized. She creates a welcoming, non-judgmental environment that builds confidence and reinforces good habits with gentle, effective guidance. Her energetic personality adds so much to the experience - each tutoring session leaves you feeling uplifted without her even trying. What truly sets her apart is how she tailors lessons to each student. For example, since I’m studying anatomy, she incorporated related vocabulary to make the learning more relevant and useful to me. Her classroom strikes the perfect balance between being relaxed and focused, and you leave every session feeling more confident in your ability to speak. I highly recommend giving her a try!

One of many classes with Milena and every one of them have been a blast. A ball of energy, comes super prepared. Very easy to talk to and patient!

Mile is hands down the best conversationalist on iTalki! She has a great sense of humor and is incredibly easy to understand, yet she knows exactly how to challenge you by introducing new vocabulary and a very authentic Colombian manner of speaking. ​What sets Mile apart is her incredible ability to keep the momentum going. We all have days as students where our abilities don't feel as strong as others; Mile is excellent at recognizing this and adapting the lesson to fit my energy and level that day. With some teachers, if you draw a blank or lack the vocabulary to continue, the conversation can stall. Mile, however, is a pro at spinning the conversation and bridging those gaps to keep things moving naturally.
