Yachachiq Alida is a wonderful Quechua teacher. She is very patient, kind and encouraging, which made me feel very comfortable practicing the language. We had a nice conversation entirely in Quechua, and it was such an excellent practice. I will definitely be booking more classes with her! Profesora Alida es excelente. Classes with her are the best. She makes sure to build off the foundation that you create together, reviews homework with you, and saves all the lessons for you on a personalized Google Doc that she updates each lesson. The lessons are extremely structured giving you have a plan of progression, and she always makes sure to ask if you have any questions. I've learned so much from basically starting at a handful of words, and after 13 lessons I had zero trouble reading things such as the Quechua in her Italki bio! Highly recommend this teacher, her method works and she's one of the sweetest people ever.
