Cambridge C2 Proficiency grade A.
Cambridge Teaching Knowledge Test, TKT Modules 1,2 & 3, all with top grades.
Postgraduate diplomas in Educational Psychology and Neuro-Psychopedagogy.
Degree in Marketing and postgraduate diploma in Neuromarketing.
Over the years I have helped numerous students to achieve their goals.
They have reached very high scores on the IELTS, TOEFL, FCE, CAE and CPE.
Many have migrated to other countries, obtained positions in universities and been promoted in their jobs.

I use books in my lessons.
I have been teaching English for 36 years and throughout that time I have developed a practical understanding of how to help students to achieve their goals in a realistic manner.
I believe input is extremely important. Students learn a language by listening and reading. I help them by selecting the right level of input and by analysing this input so that they can understand and learn the vocabulary and grammar in it. The input is provided by a textbook at the right level, after careful testing, to optimize learning and acquisition.
I also focus on speaking, pronunciation, fluency and writing.

I strongly believe a carefully structured pedagogical program, with clear stages and goals, makes a significant difference.
My courses prepare students for academic, professional and social endeavours. I use updated textbooks, produced by Cambridge and Oxford universities, in line with the latest trends in teaching methodology and exam preparation.
I offer the kind of language instruction one might expect to find in the best language schools in the world, but I do this individually, in a much more relaxing, highly supportive and customized manner.
I send students a test before their trial lesson to determine their level, so that I can choose the most suitable book for their lessons.我的教学资料

Teaching Knowledge Test Module 2 Band 4 top grade - Cambridge University UK - 2005TKT is a test of professional knowledge for English teachers. It consists of 3 modules. Module 2 focuses on: 1.lesson planning 2. consulting reference resources to help in lesson preparation 3.selection and use of materials, activities and teaching aids. Results are reported in four bands. Band 4 is the highest and indicates "extensive knowledge of TKT content areas"

Proficiency Translation Certificate CEFR 2 - Cambridge University UK - 1989This was an optional, additional part of the Cambridge Proficiency exam; it awarded an additional certificate in Translation from and into English (Portuguese<>English). It involved translating C2 level texts in English and Portuguese without recourse to dictionaries. Different language pairs were offered each year. Due to an utter lack of candidates for this additional part of the Proficiency exam, the translation exam was discontinued shortly after the turn of the millennium.

Teaching Knowledge Test Module 3 Band 4 top grade - Cambridge University UK - 2005TKT is a test of professional knowledge for English teachers. It consists of 3 modules. Module 3 focuses on: 1.using language appropriately for a range of classroom functions 2. identifying the functions of learners' language 3.categorising learners' mistakes 4. options available to the teacher for managing learners and their classroom in order to promote learning. Results are reported in four bands. Band 4 is the highest and indicates "extensive knowledge of TKT content areas"

Cambridge C2 Proficiency grade A - Cambridge University UK - 1989C2 Proficiency is reported on the Cambridge English Scale (the full scale ranges from 80 to 230 points). The C2 level corresponds to 200-230 points. C2 Proficiency grade A is within the 220-230 points, the very top range of the Cambridge English Scale.
