Hello! 👋 I am a native speaker of Uyghur and Chinese, and I’m fluent in English 🇬🇧 and Turkish 🇹🇷. Thanks to the strong connections among Turkic languages, I also have a good understanding of Azerbaijani 🇦🇿, Kazakh 🇰🇿, and Uzbek 🇺🇿. I have experience teaching Chinese in Turkey to students of different levels, managing three classes and gaining valuable insights into how to teach languages in an engaging and supportive way. This experience has helped me develop a flexible and practical teaching approach that caters to each learner’s unique needs.
Beyond teaching, I worked as a tour guide in Turkey for three years, sharing my love of languages and cultures with people from around the world. This is my second lesson with Sureya and I feel that I am becoming much better in the Turkish language. Sureya makes the lesson fun, and teaches every single word very well with its grammar and she is very patient and she doesn't jump to another subject until she makes sure that students understand everything. I believe that she is the best teacher in italki and I will take more lessons with her until I become fluent.
