I've had 20 lessons with Jhonnatan, and I've learned so much. Thanks to his instruction, I've gained much more confidence in speaking Spanish. He is patient, empathetic, flexible, and highly practical in his teaching. I especially appreciate that he provides well-structured lessons while remaining adaptable, tailoring each lesson to my questions, interests, and learning needs. A recent example illustrates this well. Before today's lesson, I shared a list of 50 common conversational Spanish expressions and asked if we could work through them together. Rather than simply following my list, Jhonnatan carefully evaluated it. He identified the expressions that were appropriate for my current level, suggested setting aside those that were too advanced for now, and added several others that he felt would be more useful. I really appreciated his thoughtful, personalized approach. I highly recommend Jhonnatan to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, encouraging, and effective Spanish instructor

I really enjoy taking classes with Jhonnatan. He understands the interests of his students and creates a lesson based on those interests. If you want to learn something new, he will teach you something. If you want to have a discussion and work on speaking, he will help you with that. He is also very easy to talk to. Taking classes with Jhonnatan is an absolute joy! He is incredibly clever, creative, and radiates positive energy. In just two months, he took me from knowing absolutely zero Spanish to being able to express myself. Learning with him feels less like studying and more like an engaging conversation with an old friend. While I still have more to learn, I feel real, steady progress after every single lesson.
