Salaam! I’m Ahmad Anwari, a passionate language educator and literature enthusiast hailing from the culturally rich land of Afghanistan. With a Bachelor’s degree in Language Teaching, I’ve dedicated over 12 years to teaching languages, specializing in Dari (Persian), Pashto, and English. My journey began with a deep love for poetry, storytelling, and the intricate beauty of grammar, which I now share with students of all ages—from curious children to lifelong learners. Whether you’re unraveling the metaphors of classical Persian poetry, mastering everyday conversations, or navigating the nuances of Pashto verb conjugations, my lessons are infused with cultural context and real-world appl教学经验

Everyone learns difficulty and has different methods, so I offer conversational, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary classes. I love to cover topics such as about the student and their family, their city, work, school, friends, colors, shapes and sizes, numbers, feelings, days of the week, daily activities, food, transportation, news, traveling, sports, cultures, seasons and weather. As someone who has tried to learn Dari for years, but was afraid of being laughed at or made fun of for simply making mistakes, Ustaad Anwari is the most kind and caring teacher. Even if you get nervous, he always creates a comfortable environment with effective material. I really like that he answers questions so thoroughly and assigns light homework that truly helps you practice lesson material. He is a great teacher and I’d recommend him for anyone wanting to learn Dari!

Ahmad has been teaching basic English conversation to five of my Afghan friends, and we have been very happy with his lessons. He is professional, prepared and effective. The most impressive aspect of his teaching skill is that he is so encouraging! All the students are eager to attend his classes and continue with his English program. He seems to have made a connection with each student and inspires them all. His lessons are working and their English is improving. Just what they need!
