So kind and friendly, taught cantonese in a way locals would speak and catered what I was learning based on my goals. I learned so much in the first 30 minutes of us meeting that I'm really looking forward to the future lessons. He even provided audio recordings of himself saying some of the sentences to allow me to practice speaking and use it as a reference

After taking classes with him, my Cantonese skills improved a lot. now i can talk with other people in Cantonese, and when i watch Cantonese videos, i can understand. All thanks to what he taught. 👍

Michael and I talked about some cultural differences between Canada and Australia. He was patient and gave me plenty of opportunities to speak. He also taught me some very useful phrases. It made me realise, saying some things in Cantonese is often simpler and more straightforward than in English!
