Hello! My name is Mark and I am an experienced and qualified English teacher from the UK.
✨I have taught English in Japanese universities and language schools in Korea.
📕 In my free time I enjoy learning Japanese which I believe helps me to be an effective teacher.
I also love video gaming, especially Pokémon!
🌎 I am interested in a range of topics including literature, arts, science and travel. I really enjoy meeting people from all around the world.

I believe in being open and friendly with the students but also making sure that the lessons are informative and focused. My lessons are always planned before taking place in order to achieve the pre-set lesson objectives. This ensures that the lessons are focused and guided towards the aim. I thoroughly enjoyed my 30mins lesson with Mark. Though it was my first lesson ever with him, he was all the way through friendly and pleasant so that I could speak in confidence more. What I particularly liked about his trial lesson was that he corrected my on going errors in a gentle way. In terms that, not only was his lesson helpful, it was also quite fun to chat with him.
