Hi! I’m Giulio, a professional Italian L2 teacher and linguist based in Italy, and I just came back on Italki!
I have years of experience teaching Italian to adult learners in Italy and abroad (including universities and cultural institutes), both online and in person. I love working with students from different linguistic backgrounds!
I work mainly with adult learners who want to practice in a guided manner in relaxed and natural conversations, and don’t want structured homework or fixed programs.
For this reason, my lessons are flexible and low-prep, so you can book whenever you need it!教学经验
I’m a calm and patient teacher. Learning languages should be enjoyable and relaxing!
I focus on helping students feel comfortable using Italian, without pressure or unnecessary complexity.
I’m a flexible and student-centered teacher, therefore I adapt my explanations to the student’s level and background, and I prefer clear, simple explanations over heavy theory.
I don’t follow fixed courses nor use textbooks or pre-prepared materials. Each lesson is independent and focused on your immediate needs.
My lessons are ideal if you already study Italian and want guided practice and feedback. They may not be suitable if you are looking for a structured course, homework and long-term planning. 我提供的课程和我的教学风格
Typical lesson activities:
- conversation and guided speaking practice
- feedback on pronunciation, vocabulary and natural expressions
- correction of texts, homework
- clarification of grammar or vocabulary doubts
- role plays based on real-life situations (travel, work, daily life)
I adapt my approach during the lesson, depending on your level, goals and energy.
NOTE: When booking a lesson, please send me a short message explaining what you’d like to work on (conversation, specific topics, grammar doubts, text correction, etc.). This helps me to prepare just enough and makes the lesson more effective. If no specific request is sent, the lesson will be based on general conversation.我的教学资料
