Hello! My name is Aaron, and I’m from Malaysia. Growing up in a multilingual environment, I speak English, Chinese, and Malay fluently. As a language learner myself, I know first-hand how challenging but also how rewarding it can be to learn a new language.
A few years ago, I taught on this very platform and had the privilege of helping a medical student pass her PhD defense and guiding Chinese students to succeed in their ESL exams. Seeing my students achieve their goals is what motivates me the most.
I’m patient, adaptable, and I believe learning should be fun, engaging and practical.教学经验
As a teacher, I focus on creating a supportive and encouraging environment. I understand that every student learns differently, so I take time to get to know your goals and learning style before tailoring my approach.
I’ve worked with learners of different backgrounds, such as businessmen from China who want to improve their English to a Spanish navy commander! I can help in everything from exam preparation to academic presentations and even business interviews if you're trying to land a job!

My lessons are always student-centered. I combine my experience as a Toastmaster, where I practice active listening and effective communication, with a flexible teaching approach that adapts to your needs.
If you want exam preparation, I’ll guide you with practice tests, feedback, and proven strategies. If your goal is conversational fluency, we’ll focus on natural dialogues, role-playing, and real-world topics. And if you’re working on professional or academic English, I’ll help you organize ideas clearly, polish your speaking, and use the right tone for your audience.
