Rose was a wonderful teacher. She is very good at speaking both English and Chinese perfectly, and able to conform her teaching methods around the needs of the student. Highly recommended.

我在 Ross 的发音课上收获很大。她会根据我的问题因材施教，既专业又有针对性。遇到特别难的发音时，她总能用通俗易懂的语言和贴切的类比帮我找出问题，并指导我如何改正。她上课非常耐心，不断给予鼓励，细致地解答我的疑问，让我对发音有了更深入的理解，真正让我受益匪浅。

In my first lesson, Rose was very understanding and easy to talk to, working with me to figure out the best learning approach for me to take. She gauged my existing skill level and then gave me challenges to come up with new sentences based on the words I knew, while teaching me new words and phrases along the way. These sentences were all useful building blocks for basic conversation, which is exactly what I want to focus on at this stage. The lesson was fun and stimulating, so I'll be back for more!

Do not hire this teacher! We had a trial class and my 14 y.o. Daughter said Ms. Rose (teacher) might be tough but wanted to continue to weekly lessons. Lesson 1 & the teacher said this, “The lenience of your last teacher has ended up in your humiliation!” This is the verbatim statement said by Rose. She continuously made faces at my daughter’s Mandarin pronunciation, and got her so anxious that she couldn’t remember words she had learnt years ago. When my daughter told Rose why she was having so much difficulty, Rose shrugged her shoulders and said, “Oh well!” What an enormous disappointment! It has taken a very long time getting my daughter to have some confidence in her Mandarin speaking and in one lesson, this horrible teacher has set her back by years. Disgusting! Again I warn you, do NOT engage this person, she has no business in the teaching industry!
