Great lesson! Andy shares subtle cultural meanings of commonplace words. He helps me understand difficult vocabulary with examples and encourages me to create sentences with it.

Andy is a great teacher. He provides good materials. We are studying an engaging story with common Russian phrases. Though they are often difficult to understand, finding these phrases in a story has made an efficient process of learning them. He cleverly reviewed a phrase I learned in past weeks by using it in conversation as we started today's lesson.

Together we read a book that Andy shared with me. It is an intermediate level book appropriate for my skill level. Andy helps me pronounce new words. He gives gestures to help me understand and remember the meaning of the text; Andy leans to the side when the character from the story leans aside to look out his window and Andy swipes his hand above his head to show that the light in the story hangs from the ceiling above. I am very satisfied after months of speaking practice alone and with Andyy! I don't have much time for practice but after quite some time me and Andy figured out differents ways to gain the most out of it! It was thank to Andyy's open mind and flexibility!
