My name is Ahmed Deiab, and I’m from Egypt. Arabic is my native language, I speak fluent English, and I’m TEFL certified. I’m a language enthusiast currently learning German, and I truly understand the journey of learning a new language. Before teaching, I worked as an accountant at a multinational insurance company, but I chose to follow my passion for cinema and language education. I’ve also taught English and Arabic to African refugees at the Center for Arab-West Understanding Learning Center, supporting disadvantaged children. In addition, I write short stories in Arabic, some of which have been published.
I know how challenging and sometimes frustrating learning Arabic can feel, so my goal is to make your experience as simple, enjoyable, and rewarding as possible. I create a friendly, supportive space where you can start speaking from day one without pressure. My classes are mainly conversation-based to help you build real confidence, while also working on grammar in a practical and personalized way.
Together, we’ll design a learning plan that fits your goals, and I’m happy to use my own materials or any resources you prefer. I’m always here to support you, even outside of class, so feel free to reach out anytime. I’d love to be part of your Arabic journey 😊我的教学资料

Ahmed is the only language teacher you will ever need. He is passionate, polite, competent, well rounded, and extraordinarily gifted as a teacher.
I started learning Egyptian Arabic from him in August. Now, we are starting to have more complex conversations on current events and deeper topics. He is a human encyclopedia and brilliant translator and interpreter. He is capable of translating even the most unusual of metaphors and concepts.
Ahmed has proven much more organized and dedicated than my professors in college. From utilizing a custom worksheet to coherently demonstrating proper conjugation to recommending books for practice both in and out of class, to watching travel videos in Egyptian Arabic on YouTube, Ahmed has developed an unique ability to adapt to each student an effect curriculum.
I have two friends I have referred to Ahmed that are now taking classes and a potential third in the works. He is an outstanding teacher and I look forward to every lesson!

Ahmed is solid. He holds a fantastic conversation on virtually any topic you want to talk about and is able to help IMMEDIATELY with hard to translate sentences. Another plus is is English language capability is near that of a native born English speaker.

A great lesson with Ahmed after his hiatus! He's a good conversation partner and never has a shortage of topics to discuss. He even created his own curriculum to introduce words based on real-life situations in Egypt. it's very well done! You won't find a more committed teacher! 11/10
